Reimagining Retreat: RCC Green Paper + Fall 2022 Addendum

As the end of the year approaches, the RCC is looking back on how our community has grown, deepened, and transformed together. The Retreat Center Collaboration’s Green Paper has been updated with a Fall 2022 Addendum. The Green Paper captures our current best thinking on our collaboration, with the understanding that our goals, initiatives, and insights will continue to develop over time. The addendum explores how the community is evolving, revisits the RCC’s emerging theory of change, and provides a snapshot of the community in 2022.
