2023 RCC Community Survey
In August 2023, RCC invited community members to respond to a survey designed to help our community better understand:
The current state and emerging needs of RCC retreat centers
Community members’ experience of RCC
How RCC can best serve the community going forward
Survey Results Overview
The Community Survey Results PDF includes:
Overview and Executive Summary sections - for top-level review of data which may be useful for presentations to board members or retreat center leadership.
Map of Respondents - shows the general location of the 67 centers responding to the survey. This subset of respondents represents 20% of the RCC community of 300+ retreat centers.
Detailed Sections - take a deep dive into the range of community responses on retreat center characteristics, organizational ecosystems, finances, and programming.
Perspectives on Collaboration - review how the RCC community participates now, and take a look at our hopes for future collaboration.
Raw Data Analysis
RCC is responding to requests for raw data by providing a publicly available spreadsheet of anonymized responses. Retreat center leaders are encouraged to utilize this information to answer questions specific to their centers or retreat contexts.
