During a period of increased employee turnover and an unpredictable market, retreat center leaders are educating their board members on this transitional moment in the sector, and cultivating intergenerational and intercultural leadership. At this Community Call, we’ll discuss how various retreat centers are managing this aspect of their work. What are the pain points for your leadership and board; what resources or best practices has your team identified; and how is your center smoothing some of these transitions?
