A Listening Circle to Advise RCC

RCC thrives on community input, and we're looking for a group of volunteers to advise our leadership. Share your insights on the work of retreat centers, and help inform the Stewardship Circle as they guide the Retreat Center Collaboration. Your perspective matters.

The Listening Circle will consist of 5-30 members who make an annual commitment to attend quarterly meetings, beginning this August. If this opportunity calls to you, please contact us!

WHO:

  • Diverse participation from retreat centers and allied organizations

  • Folks connected to peer networks

  • Elders and innovators

ROLE:

  • Listen to community / reflect community voice

  • Scan the broader ecosystem to identify emerging needs and interests

  • Help RCC ‘see around corners’

  • Rotating participation from across the community

COMMITMENT:

  • Annual commitment to join quarterly meetings

  • Remote meetings; 2 hours each

  • Volunteer role

  • Open to participation by all RCC members who make the annual commitment

We look forward to the Listening Circle playing a key role in RCC, as we learn and grow together with the larger RCC community of retreat centers.
