Clearing the Path is a Collaboration Hub led by facilitator Robert Mulhall of Kripalu.

A small cohort of 6-8 retreat center leaders will embark on a 4-week exploration into readying your organization for transformation (utilizing multiple frameworks such as Theory U, Kubler Ross, Kotter, etc.) This is not the transformation process itself, but about clearing the path or checking the readiness for transformation. Not all will arrive at the end of the 4 weeks ready for transformation, but participants will all be more aware of and honest about what we are ready for.
