Membership Invitations

Your membership supports a community upholding shared values of place-based transformation, the interplay of inner and outer work, and a commitment to universal flourishing. Together, we are creating a stronger network of retreat centers that serve as vital infrastructure for spiritual and societal transformation.

Nobody will be turned away from membership due to finances. Choose your membership level guided by a spirit of generosity and abundant community:

  • Raising My Hand ($25 ) – I want to be counted, but my center is struggling right now. Please remind me to renew in a year and I’ll see what’s possible then!

  • Sharing Supporter ($500) – I have personal experience of the value of the RCC, and commit to contribute in a way that’s a manageable stretch for where my organization finds itself right now.

  • Central Supporter ($1,000) – The RCC represents over 300 centers across the U.S. and Canada and if every one were able to give at this level, we’d meet our goal to support our new staffing model!

  • Sustaining Supporter ($5,000) – Larger centers with stable budgets can help “hold the whole” for our diverse network. If this includes your center, thank you for sharing from your abundance!

  • Beloved Community Contribution (variable) – We welcome contributions from individuals who wish to support the work of the RCC and those who can help cover the cost of participation for centers who can’t afford to chip in right now.

If you have any questions or stories you'd like to share, don’t hesitate to reach out to RCC Network Manager Michael Shewburg. Email michael@retreatcentercollaboration.org or schedule an appointment. We’d love to hear from you.

A New Staffing Structure for Transformative Impact

We’re excited about the future of RCC and are looking for visionary funders to partner with us to make it a reality. Our proposed staffing model will require $300,000 a year in philanthropic support for the first three years. Your membership is part of a growing circle of support that’s keeping the campfire burning—and lighting the way forward.

The Program Director, Network Manager, and Team Coordinator will form a complementary partnership at the heart of RCC's work.

The Program Director will focus outward, cultivating institutional partnerships, developing new shared programming across the network and securing philanthropic resources.

The Network Manager will focus inward, deeply engaging with our member community, gathering insights and needs that directly inform RCC's strategic direction.

Team Coordinator will provide essential operational support that ensures seamless implementation of programs and community resources.

Help RCC reach our goal for 2025 by signing up for membership (using the form above), by making a donation, and by inviting your retreat center friends to join us.

The heart of the RCC is, and always will be, members like you. Your voice matters, and we greatly appreciate your questions and feedback. Reach out to RCC Network Manager Michael Shewburg by email michael@retreatcentercollaboration.org or schedule an appointment to discuss your ideas for the RCC community.
