Topic: Beyond Scholarship: Inclusive Hospitality and Belonging

Many centers are approaching JEDI issues in unique ways. GilChrist is launching a "retreat fund," Kripalu has a program for activists to receive one free stay per year, and the ARC Community has built relationships with diverse local groups that have helped the centers redefine how they engage and serve their communities. We’ll build on Arleen Peterson's recent question at the Kirkridge gathering, "What are retreat centers doing - beyond scholarship - to build a sense of belonging for BIPOC people?" as a helpful guide for centers to compare notes on their options, actions, and agency in continuing to move toward right relationship and repair.
