RCC seeking Administrative Assistant

RCC is hiring for a part-time Administrative Assistant.

Although this is primarily a remote position, we are seeking candidates who live in Michigan and are able to attend occasional in-person meetings.

The Administrative Assistant will work in close partnership with the Program Director to support and bring out the best in a diverse community of retreat center leaders, and will operate at both the micro and macro levels. At the micro level, this position is responsible for detailed administrative tasks including scheduling, note-taking, and data management. At the macro level, this position will support the Program Director in identifying emerging needs and possibilities for the community, and co-design programs and pathways to meet those needs. The RCC is a collaborative effort that includes many voices and perspectives; the Administrative Assistant will participate in cultivating equitable spaces for dialogue and exploration as the community continues to grow and develop.
